Join our dynamic team as a Technical Project Manager, where you'll lead technical initiatives and drive project success. Responsibilities Lead technical efforts and provide hands-on expertise throughout project phases. Coordinate and communicate effectively across teams to ensure project alignment and accountability. Oversee the configuration and deployment of servers, middleware, and database components. Facilitate weekend testing and deployment activities as needed. Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely project delivery. Manage project life cycle, including planning, task delegation, and milestone tracking. Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project status and address any concerns. Skills Proven experience in project management with a focus on technical leadership. Strong understanding of middleware and database technologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Experience with application integration services such as Enterprise Service Bus and Messaging Broker. Familiarity with IIB MQ, Axway Secure Transfer, and IBM Sterling technologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar training.
