05/18/2026) How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:
The Senior Director, Financial Applications and Processes will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's financial applications within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically Workday, other designated decision support systems. This role serves as the primary systems liaison between Finance and the organization's IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other operational areas, leveraging the ERP portfolio to drive digital transformation and innovation The Senior Director, Financial Applications and Processes will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the organization's financial applications within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically Workday, other designated decision support systems, and financial processes such as financial planning, budget, and capital. This role serves as the primary systems liaison between Finance and the organization's IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other operational areas, leveraging the ERP portfolio to drive digital transformation and innovation Program Management:
Provide leadership and oversight for the ERP systems, including financial applications. Works with functional areas to ensure maximum return on investment by evaluating, prioritizing and coordinating requests from the user groups. Strategic Planning:
Assist ERP Steering Committee with strategic planning and road mapping of ERP projects and updates to facilitate implementation and optimization. System Performance:
Design policies and procedures to analyze financial system performance, collaborate with functional areas to ensure operational effectiveness, and drive continuous process improvement. Business Process Integration:
Evaluate the impact of ERP financial applications on existing business processes and assist user groups in implementation and adoption. Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with peers and executive stakeholders to ensure the technology enables a quality user experience and key organizational strategies and outcomes. Employee Management:
Manage the daily work of financial application administrators and staff. Set group goals based on the direction of ERP Program Leadership. Work with cross-functional teams to assess performance and provide feedback. Expected to be a decision-maker and problem solver; able to find unique and efficient ways to solve difficult and complex problems. Provides financial systems education to designated areas. What We Require:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance or business administration. Masters degree in business administration or related field desirable. Experience:
Seven years experience in healthcare finance, accounting or financial planning Licensure/Certifications/Registration:
