Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in client service and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients, internal teams, and service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions across multiple accounts. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster strong customer relationships, streamline processes, and support the growth of our SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings within the financial services sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about project management, customer success, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely execution and quality standards are met. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing exceptional customer service throughout the engagement. Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage account information, and update project statuses regularly. Collaborate with sales teams to support onboarding processes and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services. Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends or issues, and implement improvements proactively. Facilitate communication between technical teams, sales, marketing, and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines. Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, client interactions, and service delivery records for transparency and continuous improvement. Skills Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage customer data and track service activities. Knowledge of SaaS solutions within the financial services industry is highly desirable. Experience in account management or customer relationship management to foster long-term client partnerships. Analytical skills to interpret performance data, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions. Familiarity with sales processes, marketing strategies, and sales enablement tools to support business growth.
