Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by: Creating test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO) Coordinating UAT kickoffs and tester onboarding Monitoring test execution, defects, and sign?offs Removing blockers to keep testing on schedule Coordinate day?to?day UAT and release execution activities, including readiness checks, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment across Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and Tax Partner closely with Engineering during SIT and release validation to ensure defects, fixes, and configurations meet business requirements Act as the primary point of contact for cross?functional stakeholders during active releases, providing clear status, risks, and mitigation plans Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to releases and UAT, escalating when needed Drive operational readiness, ensuring impacted teams are prepared for go?live (training, access, communications, and documentation) Maintain release and UAT artifacts including: Test plans and test cases Defect logs and release trackers Status reports and executive summaries Facilitate working sessions and decision meetings across global time zones (AMER, EMEA, APAC) as needed What you should bring to the table: Release Management & UAT Execution (5+ years) Test & Delivery Tooling (Azure DevOps or Equivalent) (5+ years) Enterprise Systems Testing (Procurement / ERP / Operations) (5+ years) Technical Writing experience (5+ years) Experience supporting enterprise tools and platforms, can independently own UAT and release activities, is comfortable working in Azure DevOps, and brings strong technical writing skills Demonstrate consistent quality of work, transferable skills across multiple projects, and require minimal hand?holding while maintaining full?time availability Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred PMP or PMI certification 5-7 years of overall experience Proven project management experience People management and team building skills Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment 4-7 years of experience program or project management supporting enterprise?scale technology implementations Proven experience supporting software releases in complex, cross?functional environments Hands?on ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or functional testing including planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign?off Strong understanding of end?to?end release lifecycles, including:- SIT coordination and validation
- UAT readiness, execution, and closure
- Go?live and post?release stabilization Experience working with Engineering and testing tools such as:
- Azure DevOps for test plans, defects, and work items
- Highly organized with strong timeline, dependency, and milestone management skills
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
