Onsite - Redmond, WA Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead design & development of complex software systems Define architecture, frameworks, and best practices Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and security Conduct code reviews and manage technical risks Team Management Mentor engineers and support growth Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery Support hiring and conduct technical interviews Project Execution Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Convert business requirements into technical solutions Drive automation runs and analyze results Track and manage defects from regression testing Process & Quality Improve development and delivery processes Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing Support QA for reliable and scalable solutions Stakeholder Communication Act as liaison between technical and business teams Provide updates on status, risks, and mitigation Contribute to strategic and technical decisions Required Skills & Experience Experience leading software development projects Strong knowledge of SDLC and engineering best practices Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (preferred) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with automation execution, reporting, and defect tracking
