Location:
Redmond, WA 5 days onsite per week. Fulltime Salary $120K per year We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - L1 who will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading engineering teams, and delivering scalable, high‑quality solutions aligned with business objectives. This role blends technical leadership, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Microsoft technologies and Microsoft client environments. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality. Key Responsibilities Technical & Project Leadership Lead the design and development of complex software systems and applications Define technical architecture, frameworks, and development best practices Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, scalability, and security Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback Manage project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges Team Management & Mentorship Mentor and guide engineering team members, supporting technical and career growth Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely milestone delivery Conduct technical interviews and support hiring initiatives Project Delivery & Execution Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams Translate business and functional requirements into effective technical solutions Drive execution of automation runs and analyze automation results Track, report, and manage defects/issues identified during automated regression testing Process, Quality & Continuous Improvement Implement and continuously improve development and delivery processes Ensure proper documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical transparency Support quality assurance initiatives to ensure reliable and scalable solutions Stakeholder Communication Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans Participate in strategic planning and technical decision‑making Required Skills & Experience Experience leading or managing software development projects in a technical environment Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering best practices Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies is strongly preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Excellent verbal and written business and technical communication skills Experience with automation execution, reporting, and defect tracking. ================================================W2============================================================================= We have an immediate opportunity for a Technical Project Manager - L1 who can combine technical depth with strong project execution to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
