Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative projects and enhance applications that support our growing Professional Services practice. Responsibilities Conduct analysis to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions for process improvements. Gather and develop requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Design and visualize functional and technical solutions to optimize business processes. Measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity through innovative methods. Act as the subject matter expert for specific functional areas and deliver training as needed. Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership effectively. Skills 5+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, and systems design. Proficiency in data analysis, process design, and stakeholder management. Deep understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM applications. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Skills Experience with Financial Force or similar Professional Services Automation tools. Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Master's degree in a relevant field. Background in technology companies with high growth potential.
