Technical Program Manager

Description Engineering Program Manager (EPM) We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to support internal tools and technical initiatives, working closely with engineering teams to drive execution, clarity, and operational rigor. Responsibilities Drive day-to-day execution of technical projects for internal tools and platforms Partner closely with software and data engineering teams to support Agile delivery Manage backlogs and track issues, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely follow-through Create and maintain project plans, trackers, and clear, concise status reporting Proactively identify blockers and escalate with clear recommendations Facilitate team meetings with well-defined agendas, action items, and follow-ups Document processes and continuously improve execution workflows Act as a strong partner to stakeholders by gathering requirements, setting expectations, following up, and maintaining clear, responsive communication Qualifications Strong experience in technical project or program management Proven ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable engaging directly with developers and technical stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Tools & Technologies Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Issue and defect tracking tools (Radar preferred; Jira or similar acceptable) Experience supporting internal tools, platforms, or data pipelines Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
