Job Description We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile software product development, cross-functional program leadership, and customer journey optimization and a proven ability to define architecture and quality plans, manage risk, and deliver integrated experiences on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Scope and define technical design, architecture, and quality plans for software features, solutions, or products.
  • Drive execution and on-time delivery across marketing, design, product management, hardware, software R D, and customer support.
  • Refine requirements into logical, customer-valued deliverables and identify synergies with existing systems.
  • Plan and execute multiple programs; manage risk, course-correct, and communicate status across management levels.
  • Continuously assess and improve software development lifecycle processes and release management.
  • Define and track metrics and KPIs; develop and report engineering and experience performance indicators.
  • Own and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across hardware, software, authentication, onboarding, and OOBE.
  • Lead cross-solution journey mapping for personas and regions; resolve overlaps, gaps, and coexistence challenges.
  • Curate OOBE and 2nd OOBE; define preinstalled software, utilities, partner integrations, and value-add services bundling.
  • Guide persona-specific content such as tips, tutorials, and welcome materials to reduce time to value.
  • Optimize touchpoints across OS preload, authentication, notifications, go-to-market channels, social, and campaigns.
  • Align onboarding and authentication for usability, security, compliance, and scalability.
  • Serve as central experience program lead with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering commercial software products using agile practices.
  • Proven leadership of cross-organizational software programs from initiation through release.
  • Hands-on development and reporting of engineering and experience metrics and KPIs.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems and complex dependencies.
  • Experience with controlled software release processes and PLM or equivalent tooling.
  • Ability to manage risk, drive course corrections, and communicate across management levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent competence.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in customer journey management, OOBE, onboarding, and authentication flows.
