RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Manage and mentor a team of systems analysts, business analysts, and application developers Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder communications Lead and deliver IT projects focused on enterprise applications, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions Research and evaluate new technologies to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives Maintain and enhance enterprise software systems supporting manufacturing operations

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Proven track record leading technical teams and managing complex projects Extensive experience in leading ERP system integrations, implementations, and upgrades Experience with tier-1 ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar), CRM systems, and business intelligence tools Strong understanding of SQL, data analytics, and modern integration platforms Timing is everything.
