) This is not a heavy ERP or large enterprise program role. It is a delivery-focused PM position centered on coordinating work, managing tasks, aligning teams, and driving execution in an environment with evolving processes and "lightweight governance. You will work closely with the existing PM team, a strong Business Analyst, and cross-functional IT and business stakeholders to keep projects on track, promote adoption, and support process improvements. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day delivery of Salesforce and automation-related projects, including schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business stakeholders, vendors) and help ensure they are aligned, prepared, and accountable for commitments. Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, status updates, and working sessions; document and follow up on decisions, action items, and next steps. Maintain and update project plans, backlogs, and task boards (preferably in Monday.com or similar tools). Partner with Business Analysts to support requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation. Support change management and user adoption efforts, including coordinating training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Help prioritize and manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized automation and application improvement projects, including use cases involving Power Platform, DocuSign, and other Microsoft tools. Work with vendor partners and internal technical resources to sequence work, clarify expectations, and ensure deliverables are met. Escalate risks and issues appropriately and proactively propose mitigation strategies. Contribute to improving project practices, templates, and light governance as the organization continues to grow.
