JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides regular, clear updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes. Proactively gathers feedback and adjusts plans as needed.
• Develops and executes communication plans to keep geographically dispersed teams aligned on project goals, timelines, and budgets. Anticipates issues and takes corrective action to stay on schedule and within budget, while empowering team members to make decisions within defined guidelines.
• Independently manages assigned projects in accordance with Plexus PMO methodology. Creates and maintains detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, timelines, resources, risks, communications, and training. Proactively identifies and mitigates risks, and mentors junior PMs, business analysts, and team members on PMO best practices.
• Partners with IT team members to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies. Supports and implements lean improvements and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
• Upholds the organization's cybersecurity standards by following security policies, completing required training, protecting systems and data, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and promptly reporting security concerns.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working with Global Enterprise level platforms
• Experience managing large projects in IT full application implementation

Compensation:

$33/hr to $40/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
