HR MGMT 10, LLC
is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. We are a multi-brand product company headquartered in Costa Mesa, building consumer mobile apps and web platforms across health, wellness, and lifestyle verticals. We are hiring a React Native / Expo developer to join our team in-office, full-time. You will own mobile app delivery end-to-end, from feature implementation through TestFlight, App Store, and Google Play releases, working directly alongside our product, design, and engineering teams every day. This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to commute to our Costa Mesa, CA office and work in-person during standard business hours. Core Responsibilities 1. Mobile App Development Build and ship features in React Native / Expo for production iOS and Android apps. Implement UI components and integrate backend services to deliver high-quality user experiences. Maintain and improve code quality through testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices. 2. Release Lifecycle Management Manage the full release lifecycle: builds, versioning, TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play submissions. Debug and resolve production issues independently, including App Store review rejections and resubmissions. Maintain release schedules and communicate status clearly to product and leadership stakeholders. 3. Backend Integration & APIs Integrate with backend services (Firebase / Supabase / AWS) and REST/GraphQL APIs. Collaborate on data modeling, authentication flows, and performance optimization across the stack. 4. Collaboration & CI/CD Collaborate via Git (branching, PRs, code reviews) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines (Expo EAS, GitHub Actions). Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineers in-office on a daily basis. Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including Claude (Claude Code / Claude.ai), as part of an efficient daily workflow. Qualifications Required Strong, demonstrated experience using Claude AI (Claude Code, Claude.ai) in a development workflow; must be able to describe day-to-day usage, what works, and what doesn't. Strong experience with React Native and Expo. Experience building, testing, and releasing mobile apps via TestFlight, App Store Connect, and Google Play Console. Solid understanding of the mobile app lifecycle: debugging, versioning, and handling production incidents. Familiarity with backend systems (Firebase, Supabase, or AWS) and integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs. Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (branching, pull requests, code review). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes (Expo EAS, GitHub Actions, or similar). Ability to debug and resolve production issues independently. Strong written and verbal communication, with an ownership mindset. Must be able to work on-site in Costa Mesa, CA during standard business hours. Authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship is not available at this time). Strongly Preferred Experience handling App Store review rejections and successful resubmissions. Experience with cloud services (AWS, Firebase) at production scale. Experience with other AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, Codex). Basic knowledge of native mobile development (Swift / Kotlin). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Published mobile applications on iOS or Android, or personally shipped software with real users. What Success Looks Like You independently own the mobile release cycle: builds ship on time, App Store submissions are clean, and rejections are resolved swiftly without escalation. Features are delivered with high code quality, tested thoroughly, and integrated seamlessly with backend systems. You use Claude and other AI tools as force multipliers in your workflow, consistently increasing throughput and quality. You communicate proactively with product and design, surface blockers early, and contribute positively to team velocity. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range starting at $70,000 Placement within the range is based on experience, demonstrated success, and ability to perform essential job functions.
