We give the 5.4 million small businesses without dedicated HR the same workforce intelligence, compliance protection, and execution power as a Fortune 500 through software and a dedicated HR Manager, not layers of management. We're building the AI infrastructure that turns everyday workplace activity into measurable outcomes for the owner. Proactive instead of reactive. Autonomous instead of manual. We have never had a mobile app. You're building the first one. The backend APIs, data layer, and service infrastructure already power our web platform. The product is fully specified  an interactive React/JSX prototype defines every screen, component, interaction, color, and icon. The Honeycomb/CUBE design system is locked. The Vision Packet covers product spec, process flows, and engineering spec.

Your job:

take that specification and ship it to the App Store as a native iOS experience small business owners trust with their payroll, their compliance, and their people. What you'll own: Native iOS development in Swift/SwiftUI or React Native, shipped to the App Store

consumption calling existing endpoints, handling JSON responses, loading and error states, real-time data updates Apple Push Notifications (APNs) certificates, payloads, custom notification UI, end-to-end routing from existing backend events Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit) Coverage+ ($19/mo) purchase flow, receipt validation, subscription state management Pixel-perfect UI from spec padding, typography, color, animation, interaction match the prototype exactly Motion staggered entry animations, progress bar fills, tab transitions, slide-up cards The full iOS shipping workflow Git, App Store Connect, TestFlight, certificates, beta cohorts, release notes, store listing What you bring : 2+ years shipping real mobile products people use At least one iOS app shipped to the App Store under your name Strong Swift/SwiftUI or React Native skills Pixel-level attention to detail working from a fully specified design Speed and precision in equal measure Bonus Real-time messaging or chat UI Document and photo upload flows (camera + file picker) Mermaid or flowchart rendering Shipped alongside AI or ML features Owned releases end-to-end The bar: The person in this seat builds the surface millions of small business owners will use to run their company from their phone.
