Position Description:
We're hiring senior iOS Developers for a collaborative team that values craftsmanship and curiosity. This position is onsite in our Menlo Park, CA office (minimum 3 days a week). We're looking for engineers who understand performance, architecture, and the nuances of Apple's frameworks like true craftsmen.
What You'll Do:
Architect and build robust, scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI Write clean, testable, maintainable code with emphasis on performance and reliability Dive deep into Apple APIs (Local Authentication, Common Crypto, etc.) Optimize performance using profiling tools and concurrency strategies Mentor developers and shape technical culture Use AI tools to accelerate development
Interview Process:
Phone screen covering: Swift language depth (concurrency, generics, protocol design) Apple APIs & Frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Authentication Services, WebKit) Apple ecosystem (CI/CD, performance tuning, app signing, crash analysis, architecture decisions)
Additional Requirements:
