Job Description Looking for experienced Technical Account Managers to support Android XR Early Access Program (AI Glasses) . The TAM will act as the primary technical contact for external partners, supporting app development using Android Studio and prototype XR hardware , and driving issue triage and partner success. Core Responsibilities Primary technical POC for assigned XR EAP partners Lead bi‑weekly technical syncs and manage partner communications Level‑1 technical triage for SDK / prototype hardware issues Perform root‑cause analysis (RCA) and escalate to Eng/DevRel as needed Maintain collaboration docs, trackers, and bi‑weekly status updates Support developers through early‑access / beta platform challenges Mandatory Skills / Experience Strong hands‑on experience with Android Studio Solid understanding of Android mobile / XR app lifecycle Experience with issue tracking tools ( Buganizer or Jira ) Prior role in Technical Support, QA, Developer Relations, or Partner Engineering Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder communication skills Nice to Have

Experience:
5-8 Years . The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
