US Stryker employee benefits. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Android Open Source Project (AOSP) Engineer who is passionate about building, inspecting, and customizing AOSP to power innovative solutions on proprietary hardware platforms.
What You Will Do:
Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools and utilities. Android Open Source Project (AOSP) skills are important. Determines systems software design requirements. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency. Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.
What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline 4+ years of work experience Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Kotlin, Java, Python, and C/C++ Expertise with AOSP (Android Open Source Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with additional operating systems, including Linux and RTOS Hands‑on experience with electronics testing methodologies and diagnostic tools Ability to design and develop new components using established software design principles and patterns Experience supporting integration, build, and deployment processes across complex systems $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
