• Mobile As a LeadConsultant specializing in Mobile technologies, you'll drive the vision, strategy, and execution of both mobile application development and test automation.

This high-impact role involves shaping architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across Android and iOS platforms. Responsibilities Design and implement mobile test automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest). Lead architecture and strategy for native and cross-platform mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end mobile quality. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab). Mentor and guide mobile development and QA teams. Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices. Evaluate and introduce new tools/technologies to improve the testing process and efficiency. Provide technical leadership and guidance on the latest trends and technologies in test automation and mobile testing. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Strong experience in mobile automation tools (Appium, Espresso, UIAutomator, XCUITest). Hands-on expertise in native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Java) or cross-platform frameworks. Proficiency in CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and test management platforms. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Proven leadership, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Preferred qualifications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
