Job Description

OverviewOur client is seeking a Mobile Lead to drive the technical migration of a merging company's mobile application into the client's platform. This is a leadership and coordination role — not hands-on development — focused on owning the conversion roadmap, managing dependencies, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless transition for mobile users across iOS, Android, and web channels.

The right candidate is a technically fluent leader who can bridge engineering and business stakeholders, keep the migration on track, and proactively solve the complex integration and user conversion challenges that come with a merger of this scale.

ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end conversion of the mobile app (iOS, Android, and web) into client's platform — driving execution without performing hands-on development.

Own dependency tracking and issue management; engage engineering and product teams to surface blockers early and drive resolution.

Lead the user and MFA migration strategy for transitioning merging company's customers to client's authentication systems.

Understand and document how APIs and data pipelines (including Databricks) support the migration and ensure continuity of data flow.

Serve as the primary technical liaison between the merging teams, facilitating alignment on architecture decisions and conversion milestones.
