Contract Job Description:
Design, develop, and support application solutions using the iOS native platform. Capable of designing, developing, and/or re-engineering highly complex applications. Integrate software packages, programs, and reusable assets for the iOS platform. Understanding of the iOS ecosystem and leveraging Apple APIs. Knowledge of location services and Apple features, including their limitations. Proficiency in the Apple ecosystem, Swift programming, and architectural design. Good understanding of API development. Familiarity with the entire CI/CD pipeline and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including Azure, Cosmos DB, and Snowflake. Understanding of user ID, authentication, and how Entra works.
Required skills:
8+ years of experience with analysis, design, development, customizations and implementation of software applications in iOS platforms. Work closely with leadership to develop project roadmap for business objectives and prioritize features and projects based on resources in scope. Lead and drive key high-impact initiatives and acts as the project evangelist to build awareness, understanding and support of the project and its features Use a variety of methods to develop ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, personas, story mapping, wireframes, prototypes, etc.), write user stories, and partner with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate design outputs into business and strategic context. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and performance.
