Job Summary:

We are seeking technical experts to join our team and drive efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring facilities operate safely, effectively, and with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for mechanical, electrical, and installed systems. Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interiors/exteriors, grounds, and production equipment. Conduct facility inspections and due diligence reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for documentation and update work order status in real time.

Required:

Supermarket rack refrigeration experience. Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days of employment). Minimum four years of technical experience in building engineering with strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance. Valid state driver's license and willingness to join
