Job Summary:

We are seeking driven professionals to help maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment for a dynamic facility. Our team relies on this position to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and reliability of essential systems across interior and exterior environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on building mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, and associated installed systems and equipment. Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution equipment, and building infrastructure as assigned. Conduct facility inspections, address interior and exterior repairs, and report conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. Adhere to all safety procedures, complete hazard assessments, and comply with relevant state, county, or city ordinances and codes.

Required:

Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including expertise in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance. Universal CFC recovery certification required for HVAC technicians (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment). High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid state driver's license with ability to drive for extended periods; must be available for call-in work and on-call scheduling as required.
