Mobile Engineer Location:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable resource to maintain and operate HVAC, refrigeration, and building facility systems for a critical site. Our team values expertise in technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, prioritizing safe and efficient facility operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems to ensure maximum efficiency and life expectancy. Perform preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems, reporting on conditions and updating work order status in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo. Conduct facility inspections and provide due diligence reporting on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. Maintain accurate records of past operating experiences, submit daily P-card receipts, and ensure readiness for call-in work as required.
Required:
Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance. Proficient knowledge of overall system design, applications, and commercial or supermarket refrigeration troubleshooting and maintenance. Valid state driver's license and willingness to join
UFCW 951
as required by the assignment.
