Mobile Engineer Location:
Southfield, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team in maintaining, repairing, and operating critical facility systems. Our team focuses on safety, efficiency, and reliability to ensure optimal performance of all HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment within assigned properties.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance and repair on facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, and related systems. Maintain and operate all assigned equipment and building infrastructure, addressing both interior and exterior components. Conduct inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and respond to work orders to ensure equipment functions efficiently and safely. Complete required safety trainings, comply with safety procedures, and maintain appropriate records and documentation using systems such as Corrigo CMMS.
Required:
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, covering HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Universal CFC recovery certification (or willingness and eligibility to obtain within 90 days of employment). Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation, with availability to participate in on-call rotation per schedule requirements.
