IOS DEVELOPER NEEDED FOR SOFTWARE FIRM BASED IN MELVILLE ONSITE

Salary:

$135,000-$145,000 We are seeking a talented iOS Developer to join our growing technology team on Long Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have 5+years of experience developing native iOS applications and a passion for creating intuitive, high-quality mobile experiences. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to build and enhance applications used by thousands of customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to grow their technical skills while contributing to the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while improving performance and stability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for development and architecture. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Support application deployments, updates, and App Store releases. Work within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay current with Apple technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience developing native iOS applications. Strong proficiency in Swift . Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI . Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON data. Familiarity with Xcode , Interface Builder, and the Apple development ecosystem. Experience using Git or other version control systems. Understanding of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVC or MVVM. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
