Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to operate, inspect, and maintain building systems and equipment across assigned facilities. Our team is focused on ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of facility operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production equipment. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, interior/exterior property elements, and related grounds. Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations. Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to update work order status in real time and submit P-card receipts daily.

Required:

Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, specializing in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance. Valid state driver's license and availability for call-in work. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration, including supermarket refrigeration systems.
