Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to play a vital role in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems at multiple facilities. Our team is committed to ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable performance of all mechanical and building assets in support of optimal operations for the organization.

Responsibilities:

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders for facility mechanical, electrical, and installed systems, equipment, and other building components. Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, interior/exterior building elements, and production equipment as assigned. Conduct assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, preparing reports on conditions relevant to client occupancy and operational standards. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) system for all work performed and update work order status in real time.

Required:

Universal CFC recovery certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance and repair. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or supermarket refrigeration systems. Valid state driver's license and availability for call-in work as needed.
