Ship It. Scale It. This is not a maintenance DevOps role. We're building a brand‑new, mobile‑first digital platform inside a well‑established enterprise — and we're doing it the right way from day one. If you thrive in ambiguity, like shipping real product, and want to work alongside a Senior DevOps Engineer who is setting a very high technical bar, this role is for you. You'll work closely with a rockstar Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and evolve modern cloud infrastructure that empowers product engineers to move fast without breaking things. This is a hands‑on role where you'll have real ownership, not tickets and red tape. What You'll Work On

• Build and maintain fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines that support frequent releases
• Help stand up and evolve AWS‑based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)
• Partner with engineers to enable developer self‑service and remove bottlenecks
• Support containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) with a pragmatic, "don't‑over‑engineer" mindset
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve visibility and reliability
• Contribute to security‑first pipelines — vulnerability scanning, guardrails, and best practices
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Document standards, patterns, and lessons learned as the platform matures The Environment You're Joining

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
• Hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM)
• CI/CD experience with tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or CloudFormation)
• Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Foundational understanding of networking, security, and system administration
