Job description Come work with a team of exceptionally talented engineers building products that improve the lives of folks in the field. Our no nonsense straight forward approach and laser focus on solving big pervasive problems is different and refreshing. We look for folks interested in making an impact, who are exceptionally motivated and bright, and that aren't afraid to be hands on with our users. We like to work together in the office, white board through problems, arm wrestle through architecture and move really quickly. We find the best way to do that is a hybrid office approach. For the most part, developers take full ownership of product features/ new capabilities. That provides a true opportunity to build product that you're proud of, take control of decisions, and shape the way we solve problems. That flexibility is incredibly refreshing but it's not for everyone. If you're looking for rigid structure and predictability in daily tasks, we're probably not the place for you. However, if you wake up with the notion that you can build amazing tools, directly engage with users, create delightful solutions, and single handedly create success, you'll be right at home.
