Mobile Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Mobile Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ(Remote). The ideal candidate will design and deliver high‑quality, scalable mobile solutions while driving clean coding practices and shift‑left testing .

Rate Range:

$45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Mobile Engineer job responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, scalable React Native mobile applications. Write clean, efficient, and secure code while adhering to company, compliance, and industry best practices. Implement a shift‑left testing approach through automated unit tests and code reviews, supporting functional, load, and integration testing. Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing mobile applications, recommending improvements where needed. Collaborate closely within an agile team including Product Owners, designers, analysts, testers, and architects to deliver effective solutions. Continuously enhance technical skills and contribute to knowledge‑sharing through trainings, guilds, and peer collaboration.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 8+ years of hands‑on experience developing mobile applications, including strong expertise in React Native. Experience with domain‑driven design (DDD) and modern container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift. Exposure to financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries, along with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe. Pay Details:
