Long-Term Contract Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Engineer to join a long-term project with our client, Walmart, in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and delivering seamless user experiences at scale. You will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for developing and enhancing cutting-edge iOS applications used by millions of customers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high performance and responsiveness Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Core Data, Core Animation, etc. Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environments Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Experience optimizing app performance and memory management Work Environment Hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA Onsite presence required 3 days per week Collaborative and fast-paced team environment
