JOB DUTIES

The iOS Engineer will collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a results-driven environment. The iOS Engineer will integrate into a fast-paced XP environment where pair programming and test-driven code are part of our core and key to implement quality code. Listen to people, gather feedback, and deliver results. Drive changes with Retrospectives and make continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

Assist team members in areas of manual testing, test automation, continuous integration and deployment pipeline. Work as a true full stack engineer for all the components involved from front end to backend. Working in pairs, you will complete your story for the week. We do weekly iterations instead of sprints, and our stories are prioritized and pulled from a Kanban board. Design and develop advanced software applications. Build on one or more platforms which include but not limited to web apps, android app, iOS app. Review, analyze and resolve application issues as needed. Use software development best practices for design and coding. Continuously improve the code quality, maintainability and readability. Continuously learn and keep up to date with emerging technologies to evaluate impact to business and member value. Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, iteration, and retrospectives).

SALARY:

$132,675 - $176,900/yr.

LOCATION

2601 South Figueroa, Los Angeles, CA 90007 •May work from home up to 3 days per week.
