Provide daily production support for e-commerce platforms and order management systems, ensuring smooth business operations and minimal downtime. Monitor order flow, system alerts, and transactional data to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to address and resolve production incidents in a timely manner. Support end users by responding to tickets, inquiries, and escalations related to order processing, returns, inventory updates, and integrations. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term fixes or process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Developers, Product Managers, Customer Support) to coordinate fixes and deployments. Document production issues, resolutions, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in Confluence. Perform smoke testing and validation after deployments or configuration changes in production to ensure system stability. Analyze order trends and generate daily reports to flag anomalies or sudden spikes in order failures or system behavior. Participate in on-call rotation or post-deployment monitoring when needed to support business-critical releases. May Telecommute up to 100%.
