Months Core Responsibilities App Development:
Design, build, and maintain advanced, high-performance native applications for the iOS platform (iPhone and iPad).
Integration & Ecosystem:
Connect applications to backend services, APIs, and cloud messaging. Ensure seamless integration with
CLIENT S
smart TVs, supporting features like Apple AirPlay 2, Chromecast, and home ecosystem controls.
Feature Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend engineers, product managers) to define, design, and ship new features.
Quality & Performance:
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. This includes writing unit tests, debugging, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
App Store Management:
Manage the publishing of applications to the App Store and handle version updates.
Innovation:
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience Languages:
Proven expertise in Swift and/or Objective-C .
Frameworks:
Deep understanding of iOS frameworks such as UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, and Core Animation.
API Experience:
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and connecting applications to backend services.
Tools:
Proficient in code versioning tools (Git) and memory/performance tuning tools (Instruments).
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Portfolio:
A portfolio of published iOS apps in the App Store is generally required. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with modern architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER). Experience with UI/UX standards and Apple's Human Interface Guidelines. Experience with tvOS development is a plus, given CLIENT S's focus on smart TVs. Key Context for
