Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Android-based enterprise applications Contribute to POC and feature integration in existing mobile apps Analyze requirements and provide independent solutioning Ensure high-quality coding, performance, and scalability Collaborate with product owners, QA, and backend teams Support API and backend integrations Mandatory Skills Strong experience in Android development (Kotlin/Java) Hands-on with modern Android frameworks (e.g., Jetpack/Compose) Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/Clean) Ability to work independently in dynamic environments Preferred Skills Exposure to Spring Boot / backend systems Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Experience in warehouse / logistics / enterprise applications Experience 8-10 years overall experience Minimum 6-8 years in Android development Location & Deployment Onsite role - Houston (mandatory) Key Expectations Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle ambiguous requirements Demonstrated problem-solving capability in interviews Ability to drive work with minimal supervision
