10+ Years Position - W2 Position (Contract) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mobile Senior Developer with strong expertise in Ionic hybrid application development to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile application architecture, cross-platform development, API integrations, and modern front-end technologies. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using the Ionic framework. Build and maintain Android and iOS applications from a single codebase. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement mobile solutions. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based solutions. Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve mobile application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with mobile platform standards. Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards. Manage application releases and deployments through Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership when required. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in mobile application development. 4+ years of hands-on experience with Ionic Framework. Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with Capacitor and/or Cordova plugins. Strong understanding of Android and iOS mobile development lifecycles. Experience integrating REST APIs, JSON, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). Knowledge of state management, responsive design, and mobile UI/UX best practices. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) development. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Analytics, Push Notifications, Crashlytics). Familiarity with mobile security standards and application monitoring tools. Experience publishing and maintaining applications in Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Exposure to automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices. Ionic certification or related mobile development certifications are a plus.
