Multi-Talentent, Experienced Sign and PrintShop Employee

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sign and PrintShop professional who brings a wealth of creative talent and technical expertise to our team. This role is perfect for an energetic individual with a passion for visual storytelling, branding, and digital design, combined with hands-on experience in sign manufacturing and print production. As a Multi-Talentent, Experienced Sign and PrintShop Employee, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality signage, print materials, and digital assets that elevate our clients' brands. Your innovative mindset and proactive approach will drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations and industry standards. Duties Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop compelling visual concepts that align with branding strategies Design and produce signage, banners, posters, and promotional materials using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW Manage sign manufacturing processes including layout design, material selection, and production techniques to ensure durability and visual impact Create engaging motion graphics, video content, and digital art using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other video editing tools Develop responsive web designs and UI/UX elements utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Content Management Systems (CMS) Conduct photo manipulation, photo editing, color management, and photo retouching to enhance visual assets for print or digital use Oversee color theory application and typography choices to ensure consistency across all branding materials while maintaining high standards of quality control in print production Requirements Proven experience in graphic design, sign manufacturing, digital art creation, print production and bindery Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members Strong understanding of color management principles and typography best practices Experience in sign fabrication techniques such as layout design for large-format printing.
