Graphic Design Specialist As a Graphic Design Specialist, you will support the creation and execution of visual assets that bring Aven Hospitality's brand, products, and stories to life. You are a creative contributor who helps translate ideas, concepts, and messaging into clear, compelling visual experiences across digital, print, and multimedia channels. This role is not about working in isolation or being a task taker. You are a collaborative designer who partners closely with each pillar of the marketing team, including communications, product marketing, digital marketing, events and content teams, to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand initiatives. You will help ensure visual consistency, quality, and creativity across everything we produce. You will work within established brand guidelines while also helping evolve and extend the brand as the company grows. You are detail oriented, curious, and eager to learn, comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and building your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your impact will be measured by the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the assets you create, as well as your ability to support the broader team with reliable execution, creative problem solving, and a strong design foundation. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce assets across digital and print channels, including presentations, marketing collateral, social media, web graphics, trade show booths, and comms
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing brand assets, templates, and design libraries
  • Help evolve visual elements as the brand grows
  • Manage multiple design requests with attention to detail, timelines, and quality
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and iterate quickly to deliver polished final assets
  • Prepare files for digital, print, or production use, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Maintain organized project files and digital records
  • Stay curious about design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to the team Requirements
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications
  • Strong foundational skills in visual design, layout, typography, and color
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint
  • Experience designing presentations, emails, product schematics, videos with animation, and creative for paid ads
  • Ability to communicate clearly, receive feedback, and collaborate with team members
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and creative thinking
  • Familiarity with basic
