Multimedia Designer - Part-Time, Onsite

FreelanceOn-Site$32 - $35 /hr Posted April 03, 2026 A hospitality client is seeking a creative Multimedia Designer to support their creative team. The role focuses on developing high-quality OOH, print, and digital content that strengthens brand experiences across guest touchpoints. The ideal candidate has experience within hospitality and/or attractions and is confident producing both print and digital assets, with the ability to handle light animation work. This is an ongoing contract opportunity, working 20 hours/week, with an expectation of being onsite 2-3 days per week in Boston.
RESPONSIBILITES
Conceptualize and produce visual assets for hospitality and attractions, including out-of-home (OOH) signage, print collateral, box-office signage, in-venue menus, digital display ads, Instagram social posts, marketing brochures etc.
Bright, bvibrant design aesthetic.
Ability to follow brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Collaborate with creative team, project managers, and stakeholders to translate briefs into polished deliverables on schedule.
Archive and organize design assets, templates, and project files for efficient reuse and handoff. QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent experience, or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
5+ years of professional experience designing for hospitality, attractions, retail, or related environments preferred.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects; familiarity with Premiere Pro is a plus.
Animation experience required.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates Must Have:
their own computer and design software. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
