6 months We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to support the creation of high-quality, visually compelling presentations. This individual will have a strong understanding of presentation design principles and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content.

Responsibilities:

Design and format presentations aligned with brand guidelines and project requirements Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all materials Create engaging slide layouts, graphics, and charts to simplify complex concepts Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather content and improve structure/design Edit and refine presentations to enhance clarity, flow, and visual impact Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand goals and deliver polished output

Qualifications:

Proven experience in presentation design in a corporate or agency environment Advanced proficiency in presentation software (templates, layouts, formatting, animations) Strong graphic design skills using industry-standard creative tools Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field preferred 4+ years of relevant experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality deliverables Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
