Job Description

The Job You'll be working closely with 3D and Tech Artists, as well as cross-functional partners across marketing and user acquisition, to develop cinematic moments for performance-driven marketing creative. The role involves handling recurring art tasks, asset cleanup, addressing visual bugs, and pinch hitting for VFX, Animation, or Technical Art tasks when needed. Our team shares a mindset and is excited to explore new tools, workflows, and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted creative tools, to help us move faster, iterate smarter, and unlock new possibilities in how we develop art for WB Games Boston The Daily Work with the art team to create new visual game components Rendering 3D deliverables using Maya/Arnold/Blender or equivalent software Rigging, topology cleanup, and asset optimization Taking assets through the entire 3D pipeline Integrating art assets and maintaining naming conventions Help create visually compelling assets for marketing and user acquisition, including support for interactive creative formats such as HTML playables Explore and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows Ability to take direction well Strong problem solving skills Ability to learn new tools quickly Self-motivated and eager to learn The Essentials Experience with Maya, ZBrush, Substance, Adobe Photoshop, and other digital content creation software Experience with Unity and game development environments Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted creative tools or an interest in learning how to incorporate them into art workflows A portfolio demonstrating your work and skills. No art test required, your portfolio should speak for itself! The Nice to Haves Interest in or exposure to interactive ad formats or HTML playables is a strong plus The ability to work and collaborate with a small team. Experience working on a game development team is a plus Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Warner Bros.
