Full Job Description Summary Statement:
The Multimedia Manager will lead the creation and management of visual content for Resorts World Las Vegas, with a primary focus on high-quality still photography and complementary video production. This role will oversee a team of videographers while ensuring all multimedia assets align with brand standards and elevate the Resorts World Las Vegas experience across marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in photography, a strong understanding of video production, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution.Primary Job Duties:
Includes but is not limited to: Develop and execute a comprehensive multimedia content strategy that supports marketing objectives and enhances brand visibility. Capture and produce high-quality still photography for marketing campaigns, social media, and on-property activations. Oversee video production projects, providing creative direction and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Manage and mentor a team of videographers, fostering collaboration and performance excellence. Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Digital, PR, Sponsorships) and external partners to deliver compelling visual content. Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across all platforms, ensuring assets reflect the Resorts World Las Vegas brand identity. Organize and maintain a digital asset library for efficient access and usage across departments. Stay current on photography and video trends, technologies, and best practices to keep content fresh and innovative. Manage multimedia budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Ensure timely delivery of all multimedia projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Manage contracts, waivers, and rights related to photography and video content to ensure compliance and proper usage. Assist in the development and production of internal videos for training, communications, and corporate initiatives Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested.Qualifications:
Includes but is not limited to: Expert-level proficiency in photography, including lighting, composition, and post-production editing. Strong understanding of video production processes, including scripting, shooting, and editing. Ability to lead and manage a creative team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant tools. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how multimedia content drives engagement and conversions. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Photography, Film Production, Marketing, or related field. Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or entertainment environment. Knowledge of emerging multimedia technologies and trends.Minimum Education and Experience:
At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent.Certificates, Licenses, Regulations:
