As a Multimedia and Graphic Designer, you will create engaging graphics, multimedia products, instructional materials, and visual communications that enhance classroom, virtual, and online learning experiences. You will work closely with instructional teams, subject matter experts, and Government stakeholders to develop innovative training products that support TSI's mission. This position is contingent upon receipt of award and candidate's ability to pass required background screening. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop graphics, illustrations, animations, and multimedia content for training programs.
  • Create instructional materials, presentations, course catalogs, and marketing products.
  • Design visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Edit digital imagery, audio, and video content.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, instructor guides, and student materials.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise materials as needed.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards for design, branding, and instructional effectiveness.
  • Support classroom, virtual, and online training production activities.
  • Assist with setup and support of training events and instructional activities.
Qualifications Required:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of multimedia or graphic design experience
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Experience developing visual communications and training materials
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting federal training or education programs
  • Experience with instructional design methodologies
  • Video editing and animation experience
  • Familiarity with DOT or FAA environments Strategic Results In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to delivering high-quality administrative and training support services that enable TSI to accomplish its mission of developing a skilled transportation workforce.
You will play a key leadership role in ensuring operational excellence, effective coordination across divisions, and strong partnership with Government stakeholders. Your ability to align teams, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement will directly impact the success of the contract and the effectiveness of TSI programs.
