About the role We're a small design studio working across branded environments, experiential campaigns, and spatial storytelling. You'll join a tight-knit team of designers, strategists, and makers who care deeply about the quality of their work and the people they make it with. As a mid-level Experience Designer, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through fabrication — translating brand strategy into physical and environmental design that people actually feel. Working closely with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, and cross-functional teams, you'll bring strong creative and technical abilities to a highly collaborative environment. What you'll do Lead design development on environmental, spatial, and experiential projects Collaborate with the Creative Director, Lead Designers, project managers, and clients to align on design vision, requirements, and timelines Create wayfinding systems, signage, and branded environment graphics Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and production-ready files Troubleshoot and resolve design challenges throughout the lifecycle of a project Manage your own project timelines and communicate progress clearly to the team Contribute ideas in studio brainstorms and new business pitches What we're looking for 3-6 years of experience in environmental, spatial, or experiential design A portfolio of completed, built projects — not just concepts Strong knowledge of spatial design principles and materiality Proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma Familiarity with fabrication methods, materials, and production specs A clear communicator with clients, vendors, and teammates alike Comfortable juggling multiple projects at varying scales A genuine passion for design and a sharp eye for detail A portfolio with renderings is required to be considered for this role.
