This role is responsible for producing thoughtful, well-crafted visual work with minimal need for rework, ensuring deliverables meet established brand standards and project objectives from the outset. The Designer brings a solid understanding of digital formats and platform constraints, balancing creative vision with technical precision. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to execute efficiently across a range of projects. Requirements Core Responsibilities Build client-ready creative across key formats, including: Digital ads Print ads Web pages and small sites One-pagers and digital collateral Social templates Presentation layouts Logo development Follow best practices for accessibility, legibility, and platform requirements Incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately Collaborate with Creative Director and Senior Designers on execution Qualifications 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, communications, or public affairs environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong typography, and high-quality visual execution across digital and print formats. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and presentation design platforms. Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems while adapting them across multiple campaign needs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
