Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Graphic Design Specialist to join our creative team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of visual storytelling, transforming ideas into compelling designs that elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. Your expertise in digital and print art, branding, and visual design will drive engaging campaigns, captivating content, and memorable user experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and talented designer eager to make a tangible impact through creative excellence and technical mastery. Duties Develop and execute innovative visual concepts aligned with brand strategies, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. Create compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print advertising, and promotional materials using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch. Design engaging motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance storytelling and audience engagement. Lead art direction for branding projects, including logo design, layout design, typography, and color management to establish a cohesive visual identity. Collaborate with the team and management to produce web design elements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems to optimize user experience. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in production design with the ability to work in a deadline driven environment. Utilize presentation skills to communicate concepts effectively via tools like InVision or other prototyping platforms during team reviews. Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, sophisticated digital art, branding, logo design, UI/UX design, and motion graphics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design,After Effects), Sketch, Canva, Figma, and InVision for designing and prototyping visuals. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, typesetting, and visual hierarchy principles. Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or other content management systems is highly desirable. Strong photography skills including photo manipulation and photo editing techniques to enhance visual storytelling. AI photo enhancements skills. Familiarity with print production standards to ensure high-quality output. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly to clients or internal teams. Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality in digital design projects.
