Motion Designer

Description We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a contract position with the potential for a permanent role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of multimedia projects, including video production, animation, and marketing collateral. The ideal candidate will bring creative energy, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for various marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to create visually compelling multimedia assets, including print, static, and digital formats.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, to execute projects efficiently and with precision.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials for B2B environments, such as trade shows, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables align with brand standards.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table, leveraging industry trends and new technologies to enhance creative output.
• Work independently as well as in a team setting to deliver high-quality results.
• Assist in building and maintaining the team's marketing and content strategy through effective motion design.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Adapt to a hybrid work model, coming on-site three days a week with the possibility of remote work on occasion. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in motion design, animation, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, animation, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence and initiative.
• Experience in creating marketing content for B2B environments, including trade shows and digital campaigns.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in creative projects is a plus.
