This dynamic role requires a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, a mastery of digital and print design, and the ability to inspire excellence in art direction and visual storytelling. As a Principal Designer, you will drive the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-impact design projects that elevate brand identity and engage diverse audiences. Your expertise will influence the aesthetic direction of our campaigns, ensuring consistency, originality, and technical precision across all creative outputs. Duties Lead the conceptualization and execution of comprehensive visual design strategies that align with brand goals and project objectives. Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary design teams, fostering innovation and maintaining high standards of quality. Develop and refine digital art, motion graphics, typography, and layout designs for various media including web, print advertising, social media, and multimedia presentations. Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and creative teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all channels. Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) to produce polished artwork, animations, and motion graphics. Conduct art direction for photoshoots, video productions, and other visual content creation processes to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics. Apply expertise in color theory, typography, 3D animation (Maya), CAD, SketchUp, and other design tools to enhance project quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Extensive experience in digital design, graphic design, and visual arts with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Maya for 3D animation, SketchUp for interior or product visualization. Strong understanding of typography principles, color theory, layout design, motion graphics, and screen printing techniques. Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML and CSS is highly desirable for integrated digital projects. Experience with illustration, digital art creation, print advertising production design, interior or production design is a plus. Ability to lead creative teams effectively while inspiring innovative ideas and maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent communication skills with the capacity to articulate concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
