Job Description

  • Overview
  • The RPA Team Lead/Senior Architect will oversee the automation delivery team and work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize, build, field, and operate UiPath automation for Help at Home. This role emphasizes UiPath technical leadership, runtime stability, and maintenance of legacy Python bots.
  • Responsibilities
  • + Lead a 4-5 person automation team to deliver reliable, maintainable UiPath solutions.
+ Partner with business, operations, and automation of stakeholders to prioritize high-value use cases. + Manage Orchestrator managed VMs, schedules, queues, logging, alerts, and incident response for production automation. + Operate within Agile delivery methods and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence. + Conduct technical reviews, drive code quality; create and maintain process documentation, exception handling plans, and support runbooks. + Maintain and support legacy Python bots that work alongside the UiPath automation ecosystem. + Design and enforce automation standards, reusable component libraries, and architectural patterns that scale across teams and use cases — not just individual workflows. + Apply an enterprise engineering mindset to automation delivery: treating bots as production software with proper versioning, SDLC discipline, testing rigor, and lifecycle management.

  • All employees must follow Help at Home cybersecurity and privacy policies, protect sensitive data, complete required training, and report suspected incidents. They must also follow acceptable use and access requirements and use only authorized systems.

Education and Experience:

  • + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
+ 3+ years of automation, technical delivery, and solution leadership experience. + Strong UiPath experience with Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and enterprise deployment patterns. + Proven experience maintaining and supporting Python automation bots in production. + Demonstrated runtime operations experience, including monitoring, incident response, and stabilization. + Experience leading a small development team or technical squad. + Excellent written communication skills and strong business partnering ability. + Experience inhealthcare, home care, or another regulated service environment is preferred. + UiPath certifications such as Advanced RPA Developer or Solution Architect. + Experience with healthcare operations, care coordination, or home care workflows. + Knowledge of automation governance, security, and change management practices. + Exposure to intelligent automation capabilities like AI agentic automation, and OCR/Document
