This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, and operational excellence . The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative setting. Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless systems, and firewalls Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and reliability issues Manage enterprise servers (physical and virtual), SAN storage, and backup systems Conduct cybersecurity assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies Maintain disaster recovery processes and infrastructure documentation

Qualifications and Requirements Required:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) CCNA certification Minimum 3+ years of experience in network engineering environments Experience with enterprise firewalls, wireless networks, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), SANs, and backup systems Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks

Additional technical certifications Experience with network monitoring tools and performance tuning Familiarity with QoS and enterprise-level infrastructure optimization Core Competencies Advanced troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills Strong documentation and organizational discipline Effective communication across technical and non-technical teams Proactive, innovative mindset with focus on continuous improvement W ork Authorization & Employment Status Requirement Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
